Rudi-Lee McCarthy
Rudi-Lee McCarthy is a socially engaged artist and trained chef whose work explores food networks, urban living, and decolonising food practices. His projects include Porto Aperta, a nomadic café fostering community through food, and SALT, an Arctic-based sociological art project addressing food production, labour, and environmental challenges. Currently based in Dublin, he focuses on reclaiming Irish cuisine and studying gentrification’s impact on independent food vendors.
