2026 Lineup
Beyond The Pale returns for its fifth edition in 2026, and the newly announced lineup suggests this might be the festival’s most ambitious year so far. Set once again in the stunning surroundings of Glendalough Estate in Wicklow, the festival will take place from 12 to 14 June 2026, bringing a mix of electronic icons, indie favourites, dance innovators and unexpected gems.
The Headliners: Three Acts, Three Completely Different Energies
Caribou
Caribou always feels like a warm hug of a headline act. Think shimmering synths, emotional builds and the kind of moments that make strangers link arms. If “Can’t Do Without You” hits when the light starts to dip over Wicklow, you might ascend.
Soulwax
Belgian legends Soulwax are one of the most exciting live electronic acts touring today. Their hybrid setup, razor-sharp production and relentless energy make them a perfect fit for the festival’s dance-leaning identity.
Father John Misty
The wild card of the trio. Polar opposite in tone but essential for balance, Father John Misty brings cinematic songwriting, dry humour and an off-beat performance style that always draws a huge crowd.
The Rest of the Lineup is a Festival on Its Own
Below the headliners sits one of the most varied lineups the festival has had to date. Highlights include:
Honey Dijon, a global DJ powerhouse who guarantees a dancefloor revival
Of Monsters & Men, bringing their shimmering indie-folk to the Wicklow hills
Groove Armada (DJ set) nostalgia and club culture in one
Princess Nokia, fierce, genre-bending and always unpredictable
Sister Sledge, bringing pure joy and disco gold
Kittin, Moodymann, Claptone, and Kojauqe, representing a strong electronic contingent
Irish favourites like FEJKÁ, Ela Minus, Kormac, Róis, CC:DISCO!, SexyTadhg, and Stomptown Brass
And, as always with Beyond The Pale, there’s the promise of more to come
Not Just Music: The Extras That Make BTP What It Is
Beyond The Pale has quietly become one of Ireland’s most thoughtful festivals. Alongside the music you’ll find:
Comedy, theatre and cabaret
Late-night surprises
Pop-up restaurants, tastings and talks
Sunrise yoga, saunas and cold dips
Glamping, campervans and full family camping options
It’s part festival, part mini holiday, and the 2026 edition seems ready to lean even harder into that mix.
