● Management reserves the right of admission

● Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated, anyone doing so risks ejection from the event without a refund.

● Photography and filming of attendees may take place during the festival. In buying a ticket you agree that your image and likeness may be photographed or filmed and used by Beyond The Pale Festival for promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose.

● Unauthorized use of professional photography or recording equipment of any kind is strictly prohibited.

● You are allowed to bring your own alcohol to the festival with a limit of 24 cans OR 1 bottle of spirits OR 3 bottles of wine per person. A common sense approach will be taken by security. Alcohol can be brought onto the site at the time of first entry only. There is no re-entry with alcohol once wristbanded. Please drink responsibly.

● No glass containers are permitted on site whatsoever. Please ensure you have decanted your alcohol into a reusable bottle prior to arriving at the festival.

● There are no animals allowed on site except Assistance Dogs who are required to wear their assistance dog organisation jacket whenever they are in the arena areas, please email info@itsbeyondthepale.ie to discuss bringing your assistance animal to the festival.

● Strobe lighting, flashing lights, loud music and haze machines may be used by the festival.

● Parking is allowed in the designated car parks only. Roadside parking is not permitted, please respect our neighbours and their property, any illegally parked cars will be towed.

● Parking is at the driver’s own risk and the festival accepts no responsibility for any damage to your car.

● All personal items brought to the festival are brought at your own risk, please ensure you only bring what is required. The festival accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to your personal belongings.

● Sleeping in your car is not permitted. Campervans & caravans are not permitted in the car parks. All campervans must have a campervan ticket.

● NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON ANY TICKET will be given or service fee except in the case of cancellation of the festival. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and ticket selection. Tickets are not exchangeable or refundable except in certain circumstances where required by law as stated in the Terms and Conditions of purchase. Ticketbooth cannot offer you a refund if you can no longer attend an event, however you may give your tickets to another person to use.

● All advertised programmes, schedules and artists may be subject to change. Beyond The Pale is not responsible for any compensation due to these changes.
