Inside the BTP 2026 Launch
Last week, Beyond The Pale 2026 officially kicked off its summer season with a launch event at FUEL Venue & Studios on Camden Street - and what a night it was. With 350 festival-goers packed in, the energy was exactly where it needed to be to set the pace for June in Glendalough.
Shane Daniel Byrne Drops the Lineup
Host Shane Daniel Byrne unveiled the full music roster and gave an exclusive glimpse of the Arts programme, building excitement for what’s shaping up to be the festival’s most ambitious edition yet.
Bringing the Festival to Dublin
We didn’t just talk about the festival - we brought pieces of Beyond The Pale straight to the city. Giant lightning bolts and a massive disco ball pyramid dominated the space, too large to fit inside, taking over the area around the venue.
Walking up to the launch felt like stepping into the Valley after dark, with immersive installations hinting at the visual spectacle and atmosphere waiting in June.
High-Energy Performances
Inside, the momentum never dropped:
MayKay and SexyTadhg delivered massive, high-energy performances that completely lifted the room.
Neo-burlesque star Climbswallsweird brought a masterclass in surreal spectacle, blending theatre, dance, and sheer festival magic on stage.
It was the perfect preview of the performances, late-night shows, and artistic ambition that Beyond The Pale has become known for.
Thank You to Our Sponsors
A huge shoutout to -196 and Absolut, who took over the bar and kept the drinks flowing all night. Their support helped keep the party going and matched the energy of the crowd perfectly.
Glendalough, We’re Ready
The launch set the standard for Beyond The Pale 2026:
The music lineup is out
The arts installations are ready
The fields are waiting
With the Valley calling and the festival just around the corner, it’s only a matter of time before the chaos, joy, and music take over.
See you in the trees this June.
