Join the Beyond the Pale Volunteer Crew

Beyond the Pale is built by the people who show up and help make it happen. Volunteers are part of everything, from guest experience and campsite support to sustainability and general festival operations.

For 2026, we’re looking for high-energy, reliable people who want to get involved behind the scenes and be part of the team that brings the festival to life.

Set in Glendalough Estate, volunteering is a chance to experience the festival from a different side, meet people, and be part of something that’s busy, creative, and community driven.

Shifts

There are a few different ways to get involved, depending on your availability.

You may be placed on pre / post event shifts in the build and breakdown period, or live event shifts during the festival weekend.

You’ll receive full details of shift options during the application process.

All volunteers should be available across the festival period they apply for.

Roles

Volunteer roles include:

• Campsite and guest support

• Sustainability and recycling teams

• Information and welcome points

• Arena support

• General festival operations
