Facundo Rodulfo & Pamela Neumann, Tango Street Food

Facundo and Pamela are the founders of Tango Street Food in Killarney, Ireland’s first Argentine restaurant in Munster. Since opening in 2023, they've earned a spot among Ireland's Top 100 Restaurants, winning awards for Best Newcomer and Best World Cuisine in 2024 and 2025. They’ve just released their first cookbook: Tango, part of the Blasta Books family (#14). It’s a flavour-packed celebration of the life, chaos and deliciousness they’ve built together.
